VILLA DAMMAM

Homeowners, one of Dammam's well-established local families, asked Öney Architecture to design the house of their dreams. The main features of this house include traditional, local materials and motifs, the use of Syrian woods as interior and exterior decoration elements, and the design of a pointed arched facade with stones coming from the immediate surroundings. The plot in front of a wooded area has an extroverted structure with wooden bay windows to see the trees from the upper floors, while the lower floors have an inward structure around a large courtyard. On the facade surfaces facing the courtyard, local tiles were used on the stone motifs in horizontal stripes, creating a contrast with the stone surfaces between the wooden panels. Surprising spaces have been created for homeowners and guests. Abundant trees and shady inner gardens have been created in a natural nature pattern with three intertwined courtyards and amorphous heights. The breathtaking building with these courtyards offers an extraordinary and comfortable life with a family gathering area and calm resting corners.
