BQ Villa, which is the structure of an existing site in Kuwait, has been renovated by Öney Architecture. The villa, which is desired to be in an oriental view, has a structure facing the landscape direction and not covering the land horizontally. Thick lines added on several horizontal axes on top of each other form the main character of the form. The oriental patterned panels provide a wide opening in the canopy connected to the exterior through the swimming pool, and the daylight in a controlled and movable canopy in front of the windows. In the interior, guests and family circulation are clearly separated from each other. Guest and family car parks work independently in the basement. The guest room and the dining area are separated from the family parts of the villa, with a terrace on the upper floor, in the volume where the hall is located, with a side facade oriented terrace. The circulation area and accommodation areas of the service staff are also considered independent from these sections. Indoor furniture and fixed wall panels are designed in Art Deco style. These specially designed interior decoration elements create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere in the interior.
