Planned to be renovated in terms of the urban transformation, a classical structure has been designed for a building located on Abdi İpekçi street, the most prestigious street in Turkey, Continued to be used by its current users, the building has higher ceilings than usual. The businesses located on the ground floor have direct connection to the garden on the back side. Likewise, basement and the spaces under the garden have been allocate to businesses. Inspired by the old street tissue of Nişantaşı, the facade has been enriched with different elements. The atrium located in the center of the structure extends to the basement floors in order to provide solution to the day light problem of attached buildings. Floor plans have been designed to host either one or two flats.
