TAB HOTEL
The hotel brings great intensity to the plot with its 100-room program. Therefore, instead of a monotonous mass, a mono block mass was constructed in a fragmented character. The building was animated with various stages. Natural stone-look GRC panels were used on the facade. A secondary façade was created to minimize the effects of hot weather indoors. Secondary facades with decorative panels that were decoupled in order to create more shade spaces were used in all facades of the building. The walls of the entrance area, the stages on the upper elevations, and the light and shadow games enable the mass to integrate with the existing texture. While the hotel crowd draws attention as a certain dominant structure among the surrounding buildings, it also exhibits an approach that does not dominate the front and back building. The hotel is designed in an introverted structure according to the desert climate conditions. On the ground floor there is a lounge, fitness and ballroom, conference hall and main kitchen with independent entrances. On the mezzanine floor, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms, spa and massage rooms are arranged as panoramic venues facing the same directions. The rooms were arranged to open-up to the green vista of the surrounding complex as much as possible.
