Qatar guest house is designed as a residence that meets the needs of the project user, both in harmony with the greenery surrounding it and with comfortable living standards. The building, consisting of a total of two floors and 600 m² on the ground floor and 1st floor, is a boutique project with both plan solutions in interior architecture and garden and landscape designs. At the entrance, an order that separates the guest and family circulation is created. A two-arm staircase at the entrance of the family section and the wide gallery space opening to this staircase made the interior more perceptible and spacious. In terms of plans, the living room, master bedroom and guest rooms have a dominant view of the surrounding area. The secondary perforated facade used in the facade is aimed to create more shade areas and to facilitate temperature control by taking more controlled daylight to the interior spaces. Along with specially designed furniture, the residence has become a completely personalized private project. GRC panels used in the secondary and main facade of the building have brought the project a warm architectural characteristic in harmony with its surroundings. The water landscape and green areas in the front garden have formed a natural integrity with the structure. Wooden deck material was used on the floor of the terrace on the garden floor. In addition, there are children's playground and sitting areas with gazebo within the boundaries of the front garden.
