Within the scope of modernization of the structures planned as social housing in Baku, Azerbaijan, the intention has been to make interventions at low operating costs which are compliant with the city tissue. Studies have been conducted by using different materials in line with the proposed projects designed accordingly. In consideration with the construction period , prefabricated construction elements have been used in order to minimize the field productions.
