The Doha mansion has a large and flat land in an area of mansions. A double-skinned façade was designed to protect it from outside weather conditions. It has two entrances as family entrance and guest entrance. The guest and family circulation is designed to be separate in the interior. Each of these sections has dining rooms and majlises. There are also guest rooms on the upper floor. Service areas of the building and employees' rooms are gathered in the North direction. Parents' bedroom accessed from the family entrance; Consists of bedroom, massage room, SPA, fitness / sports room, study room units with garden view. The inner courtyard is reached by the corridor surrounding the courtyard from the main circulation area on the ground floor. The inner courtyard, with its ornamental pool and seating areas, is a relief oasis in the middle of the desert. A secondary façade was created to minimize the effects of hot weather indoors. In order to create more shaded spaces, this decoupled secondary facades with decorative panels were also used in front of the windows facing the inner courtyard. Based on the courtyard form, the building is reproduced by deriving the entrance canopy geometries and offers a refreshing life in a horizontal plane in the middle of the desert.
