The structure, designed for Istanbul Goztepe within the scope of urban transformation, is formed by gathering two separate parcels. The building which is planned as 18-storied has also 3 underground floors. Whilst two of the underground floors have been planned as car-park and technical areas, the first underground floor has been considered as a common area. It consists of the meeting room, sports hall and the support units of the swimming pool. The general parcel dimensions of Anatolian side restricts the privacy of the structures. While the double-walled facade projected due to this reason doesn't prevent the dominance of the panorama, it minimizes the visual contacts with the neighboring units. At the same time, it allows customization of the floors, unlike the facade design of high buildings which repeat itself. The swimming pool located at the south side of the parcel is isolated from the rest of the city. The single use of the floors allows day light throughout the day and viewing of the panorama from different angles. The roof terrace which is considered for common use is also a view-terrace.
