The project consists of thirteen independent units and their individual and common use gardens, which are designed based upon the traditional tissue of Alaçatı. By interpreting the naive designs of stone houses into the needs of the modern age, a harmonious and innovative design approach has emerged. The individual structures have been designed as two-storied. On the ground floor, the volume has been preserved without any partitions and associated with the garden. On the first floor, three rooms and their wet areas have been identified. The bay windows, an element of the traditional architecture, take place also in these structures but extraordinarily as a bedhead. The general characteristics of the structures allow 12-months occupancy period. In addition to the gardens designated for private-use , there is the pool and its surrounding area which allow common-use.
