Alaçatı Hurmalı Villas

Alaçatı, a place where you do not experience time stress, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, relax and rest, has a spacious and heartwarming atmosphere. It contains these features with its decoration and was designed by carrying traditional architectural elements such as village plaster and corner stones of Aegean Greek houses. Since it is an olive field, olive peel colors are used in design colors. These houses, whose entrance opens to the living room and open kitchen, although they are not very large, have a spacious and interior atmosphere thanks to the colors and materials used. The fact that light colors and comfort are at the forefront, no factor is tiring, the accessories are low, and the simplicity is also highlighted. On the upper floors of the two-storey houses, there are also two rooms decorated in white tones. The house, which belongs to the Öney family from twelve houses, is decorated according to the lifestyle of the Öney family. They have created a simple and simple living space that they want to be minimal, less furnished, even the linens are patternless, white. The most remarkable element in this house is that everything is easy to use. The length of the table in the garden is the length of the coffee table, the use of a pear seat instead of a chair allows long table chats, wine nights, tea times to be more comfortable, the wheels under the seats provide convenience in terms of portability. The project consists of thirteen independent units and their individual and common use gardens, which are designed based upon the traditional tissue of Alaçatı. By interpreting the naive designs of stone houses into the needs of the modern age, a harmonious and innovative design approach has emerged. The individual structures have been designed as two-storied. On the ground floor, the volume has been preserved without any partitions and associated with the garden. On the first floor, three rooms and their wet areas have been identified. The bay windows, an element of the traditional architecture, take place also in these structures but extraordinarily as a bedhead. The general characteristics of the structures allow 12-months occupancy period. In addition to the gardens designated for private-use , there is the pool and its surrounding area which allow common-use.
